ThemeInnova operates as a sole proprietorship registered under MSME (Udyam) in India. All products and services are delivered digitally.

All products sold are digital. No physical items will be shipped.

• After successful payment, you will receive download access or service delivery based on the product details.
• Customers must download and securely store their purchased files.

Full payment must be completed before access to any product or service is granted.

• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• ThemeInnova is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or banks.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided after download. Exceptions may apply when:

• The product has not been downloaded.
• The refund request is made within the eligible refund period.
• The product file is corrupted or non-functional.

Products are licensed, not sold as exclusive ownership. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Reselling the product to any third party.
• Redistributing or sharing files with others.
• Publishing on any other marketplace or platform.

All designs, code, graphics, and materials on ThemeInnova are the intellectual property of ThemeInnova. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Our support covers the following areas:

• Basic usage assistance and documentation help.
• Minor troubleshooting related to core functionality.

ThemeInnova is not responsible for any data loss, business interruption, loss of revenue, or damages of any kind resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Our products are provided “as-is” and we make no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is stated in the product description.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
