Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, most purchases are considered final once the product has been delivered or the download link has been accessed.

However, ThemeInnova may review refund requests submitted within 5 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 5 days of purchase
  • Valid proof of purchase (order ID, receipt, or transaction ID) must be provided
  • The request must clearly explain the reason for the refund
  • The product must not have been downloaded, accessed, or used
Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, refunds cannot be issued due to the nature of digital goods.

All refund requests are reviewed individually, and approval is at the sole discretion of ThemeInnova.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Digital products that have already been downloaded or accessed
  • Customized or modified products
  • Products purchased during promotions, discounts, or special offers
  • Refund requests submitted after the 5-day refund window

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate payments made for the same order
  • Corrupted or incomplete product files
  • Verified technical issues preventing the product from functioning as described

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for digital products. However, if you experience technical issues with your files, our support team will assist you in resolving the issue.

ThemeInnova reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of this refund policy, or violation of our Terms & Conditions.
