Installation Guide

Download the Installer

Click the download button above and save the installer file to your computer. The download should complete in a few minutes depending on your internet speed.

Run the Installer

Double-click the downloaded .exe file. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click "More info" then "Run anyway". Administrator privileges may be required.

Follow Installation Wizard

Accept the license agreement, choose installation directory (default: C:\Program Files\Retail Pilot), and click Install. The process takes 2-3 minutes.

Launch the Application

Click Finish to launch Retail Pilot. On first run, the database will initialize automatically. Use default credentials: Username: admin, Password: admin123

Activate Your License

Navigate to Settings → License and enter your license key purchased from our website. Without activation, the software runs in trial mode with limited features.

No, Retail Pilot works completely offline using local SQLite database. Internet is only needed for initial license activation and checking for updates.

Can I import my existing product data?

Yes! Retail Pilot supports bulk import from CSV files. You can import products, customers, and other data using our CSV templates available in the documentation.
