This License Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all digital source code, software, templates, and related products sold or distributed by ThemeInnova.
By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from ThemeInnova, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
ThemeInnova grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased source code.
You are permitted to:
- Use the source code for personal projects
- Use the source code for commercial projects
- Deploy the software for client websites or applications
2. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the source code
- Share the source code for free or as a downloadable product
- Upload the source code to marketplaces, repositories, or public platforms
- Claim the source code as your own original product
- Create or distribute cracked or nulled versions
Any violation may result in license termination and legal action.
3. Ownership & Copyright
- All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of ThemeInnova
- This agreement grants usage rights only
- Ownership of the source code is not transferred
4. Modification & Customization
You may:
- Modify, customize, and extend the source code
- Adapt the software to meet your or your client’s requirements
However:
- Modified versions may not be resold or redistributed in any form
5. Third-Party Components
Products may include third-party libraries or frameworks licensed under open-source licenses (MIT, Apache, BSD, etc.).
Such components remain subject to their respective licenses and copyrights.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
All products are provided “AS IS”, without any express or implied warranties.
ThemeInnova is not responsible for:
- Hosting or server issues
- Third-party service failures
- Data loss or business interruption
7. Support & Updates
- Support and updates are provided only if stated on the product page
- Custom modifications or additional features are offered as paid services
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products:
- No refunds after successful download or delivery
- Refunds may be considered only for duplicate payments or proven technical issues
9. Termination
ThemeInnova reserves the right to:
- Terminate this license immediately if terms are violated
- Revoke access without prior notice
- Initiate legal or DMCA action if required
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, including the Copyright Act, 1957.
