Complete Multi-Store Point Of Sales (POS SYSTEM) || Restaurant, Inventory & Billing System POS

Description

This Point of Sale (POS) System is developed using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. It is designed to help businesses manage their sales, products, and inventory in an easy and efficient way.

The system has three types of users:

Admin – Has full control over the system. The admin can add managers and cashiers, manage products, inventory, categories, and view all reports.

Default Login → Username: admin, Password: admin@123

Manager – Can manage sales and view detailed reports, but cannot create users.

Cashier – Can only perform sales operations and view their sales reports, but cannot add or edit products.

Main Features:

Product & Inventory Management (add, update, delete, stock tracking).

Sales Management with billing system and multiple payment options (Cash, Card, UPI).

Reports & Analytics including sales performance charts, profit analysis, and top-selling products.

Stock Alerts (In Stock, Low Stock, Out of Stock).

Export Options (Reports in PDF/CSV).

Backup & Restore for system safety.

This system provides fast billing, secure inventory tracking, and insightful reporting, making it ideal for shops, supermarkets, and retail businesses.
